Dandelion Cream Liqueur (Baileys)

A little twist on everyone's favourite festive Irish cream


Dandelion Cream Liqueur

  • ½ cup Dandelion Coffee (see separate recipe for this)

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 ¼ cups whiskey

  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 ½ cups double cream

  1. Add the coffee mixture to a blender along with the condensed milk, whiskey and vanilla extract.

  2. Blend until smooth, then add the cream and blend in on lowest speed!

  3. Transfer mixture to an airtight vessel and store in the refrigerator.

  4. Shake before using.
